Services included for short term rentals:

 

• cleaning 2 times a week
• cable tv
• Internet wi-fi throughout the house    
• Maintenement of the swimming pool (1 time a week)
• Customer pay electric 10 bht for unit
• Customer pay water 15 bht for units 

We also accept reservations for a long period:

6 months rental from May to November 60,000 bht per month
1 year lease 960,000 bht
Fixed cost of 10.000 bht per month for cleaning 2 times a week, internet wifi and cable TV and maintenement of swimimng pool.

Customers must be filed with the delivery of the house, 20,000 bht for any damages, which will be returned on the day of departure.
